Murray would be a steal at number seven, and he is about as legitimate a scorer as there is in this draft.  A combo guard out of Kentucky, Murray has the ability to light up the scoreboard, and will likely be a big-time NBA player.  The Freshman has the size and athleticism to play both guard positions, but he will likely stick as a shooting guard in the league.

At Kentucky, Murray showed the ability to play well off the ball, and was able to attack the rim.  He also is a great outside shooter, and can rebound very well for his position.  Denver needs a scorer, and Murray can fill it up in a hurry.  If he somehow slips to them, he could be the steal of the draft.

At the next level, Murray is going to need to improve on some of the things he did not have time to improve on at Kentucky.  As a one-and-done player, he is going to work on not turning the ball over so much, as well as being more selective with his shots.  He also needs to work on his defense, but he definitely has all the tools to defend at the next level.

Only 19-years old, Murray has more than enough time to develop, and he has one intangible that you cannot teach: he is clutch.  No situation is too big for Murray, at at his age, he is only going to get better.
