High Value PF

Trevor Booker-Brooklyn Nets (5,600): Booker has been one of the few consistent contributors for the Nets this season and continues to be a good value at under 6K. Booker had 8-8-5 against the Kings on Sunday for 26.1 fantasy points to extend his streak of 25+ games to four. He had a massive 41.9 fantasy points agains the Celtics last Wednesday on 18-12-3 and four steals and followed that with 31.5 fantasy points against the Pacers on 10-10-3. He will need to bring his A-game to help the Nets keep up with the Clippers tonight, and he’ll also have the difficult task of slowing down Blake Griffin. If you  have to spend under 6K on a PF, Booker would be my number one option. ∗∗

Frank Kaminsky-Charlotte Hornets (4,700): Kaminsky started again last night for the Hornets and played over 30 minutes for the fourth game in a row. While he has been steadily production 23-30 fantasy points over his last seven games, he hasn’t broken out yet with a monster performance even in increased playing time. Tonight, he’ll come home for a tough matchup against Detroit who is allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing PF. He will probably get over 20 fantasy points again just based on his playing time, but I don’t see him having a super-high ceiling tonight.

Trey Lyles-Utah Jazz (4,500): Lyles had a season-high 21 points against the Rockets a week and a half ago and added five rebounds for 25 fantasy points. He has been up-and-down since then with only one other game over 20 fantasy points in his last six contests. He’ll continue to get playing time while Derrick Favors is out, but he has been inconsistent with his production. He has been better at home than on the road, in general, so the fact that tonight’s game is in Utah plays to his favor. It also is worth noting that Boris Diaw played 29 minutes last night in Minnesota so he could be forced to play fewer on the second night of a back-to-back leaving more time for Lyles in a matchup he can attack.

Larry Nance Jr.-Los Angeles Lakers (4,000): Nance has been a recurring option in my FanDuel daily picks since returning from a concussion and has stepped up lately while helping to fill in for Julius Randle. Randle could return as early as tonight, but if he’s out again Nance will be a great value against New Orleans. Nance has at least 20 fantasy points in four of his last five games and had 6-8-3 for 24.1 fantasy points against the Pelicans earlier this season. In his last game, Nance logged his first double-double of the season finishing with 12 points and ten boards against the Hawks for 25.5 fantasy points. He should get at least 20 fantasy points if Randle is out tonight, making him a great 4K play. No Randle-∗∗∗∗ W Randle-
