29. San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs’ fans don’t even know what suffering looks like. It’s a franchise that had David Robinson, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and now Kawhi Leonard.

Though all those players changed, head coach Gregg Popovich has remained there in San Antonio. No matter who wears the silver and black, the Spurs seem destined to win about 50 games, make the playoffs and always compete to go to the NBA Finals.

Fans in San Antonio have been blessed with great ownership, a solid front office and the best coaching in the NBA. In a small market, they’ve been able to acquire free agents and keep the ship sailing smoothly.

Fans in San Antonio don’t have any other sports teams to lean on, but don’t worry the Spurs don’t look to be tapering off any time soon. Though they may have taken a small step back this season, they’ll always be in the mix and as a fan, that’s all you can ask for.
