4. Indianapolis Colts

Without Andrew Luck, the Colts are bad, just straight up bad. Many were expecting a loss heading into Los Angeles in Week 1, but nobody expected a 46-9 rout. The Rams looked like they were on their way to the Super Bowl with how well they played on both sides of the ball. It’s now desperation time for the Colts, even this early on in the season.

There’s not really much to say about this team. They’ve got to win in Week 2, but I still don’t think it’s going to happen. The Cardinals are angry coming off to a blown loss to the Lions and even without David Johnson, they are still the more talented team.

I’m not sure I even see the Colts making this one close. Where is the production going to come from on the offensive side of the ball? Scott Tolzien was terrible and the only other option at quarterback is Jacoby Brissett. He spent all of last season and the Patriots third-string quarterback. Coming up against the Cardinals defense will be a tough test for his first career start.

The seat is already warm for Chuck Pagano, and another loss this week adds to that heat. Andrew Luck or not, there is trouble brewing in Indianapolis this season.
