Here’s the schedule for all the Olympic speedskating events that the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics.

If you’re looking for the short track speedskating schedule, you can find that here.

The U.S. Olympic long-track speedskating team is headlined by Shani Davis, a four-time Olympic medalist from Chicago who will be appearing in his fifth Olympics. He skates the 1,000 m and 1,500 m race, and he was the first black athlete to win a gold medal in the Winter Olympics when he won the 1000 m in Turin in 2006. (He then followed that up by being the first man ever to defend the 1000 m gold in Vancouver 2010.) On the women’s team, Erin Jackson is another name you’ll hear a lot — the former inline speed skater only picked up the sport on ice four months ago and qualified in third place at the U.S. Speedskating trials, becoming the first black woman to make an Olympic team for long track speedskating.

Before we get to the scheduling at hand: some Pyeongchang time change housekeeping. Korea Time, the time zone in which the 2018 Olympics find themselves, is 14 hours ahead of Eastern Time. NBC, in their infinite wisdom, has decided they will air all the games live, without a tape delay. However, this can make reading the schedule somewhat confusing.

For example, many of the long track races take place at 8 p.m in Pyeongchang, meaning they will air at the early hour of 6 a.m. EST. Depending on the start time, morning events become evening events, primetime events become crack-of-dawn events and afternoon events, well, they become middle of the night viewing.

The schedule below lists the official Korea dates and times and then their U.S. eastern standard time translations. Times are pulled from the NBC Olympics schedule for start times and the official Pyeongchang 2018 schedule for event times.
