5 players Juventus should sign this summer
Hector Bellerin (Arsenal)
The Juventus defense could also use some help. Although Bellerin was recently snubbed for the World Cup, the Spanish defender remains one of the best at the position. The right-back had an inconsistent season at Arsenal, but he’s the type of player that could do well under Allegri’s 4-2-3-1 system.
It’s no surprise then Juve have already targeted Bellerin. He was on Juve’s list last season, but a deal was never made. With the departure of Arsene Wenger, Arsenal will be looking to add some new faces. This is a chance for Juventus to seize upon the 23-year-old budding star.
Known for his pace, Bellerin does a few things for Juve. He is a new face that defense needs in order to get stronger. He’s also considerably younger than the team’s average age, which will suit Juve well as they compete on multiple fronts during the coming 2018-19 season. He can also help push the ball forward. These are all qualities that make Juve even stronger in the back.
