The Miami Dolphins will have a new head coach in 2019, as they got rid of Adam Gase, and brought in a defensive-minded head coach in Brian Flores. For Gase, he was not unemployed very long, as he latched on with the New York Jets, staying in the AFC East, where he can battle against his former team twice a season.

In Flores, the Dolphins are not only getting a star assistant coach from the New England Patriots, but the guy who called the defensive plays for the Super Bowl winning squad last season. He is going to bring something special to South Beach, and the Dolphins are going to be happy they brought him in for his first head coaching job.

With his first ever first round pick as a head coach, Flores should look to bring in a player who can help this Dolphins pass rush next season. During his time at Florida State, Brian Burns developed a reputation as being one of the best in college football at getting after the quarterback, an area of need for the Dolphins last season.

Cameron Wake is getting up there in age, and while the Dolphins need a new quarterback, they are rumored to be waiting until 2020 to get that done. Burns is a guy who could learn a lot from Wake early in his career, and then take over as the main sack guy for Miami for the next five seasons at least.
