Oregon. Justin Herbert. 3. player. 56. . Quarterback

The Cincinnati Bengals head into the season with a lot of question marks on both sides of the ball, as well as a new head coach in Zac Taylor. The former quarterbacks coach for the Los Angeles Rams inherits a team with an incumbent at the position in Andy Dalton, who has been a serviceable quarterback for some time now.

Despite the fact the team took Ryan Finley in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, it will be Dalton who gets the first-string reps heading into Week 1. In fact, the Bengals quarterback for next season may not even be on this roster, and if the team is picking this high next April, look for them to land a franchise guy in Justin Herbert.

Some believe that Herbert is the best overall quarterback prospect in this draft class, and he is certain to have a ton of eye on him every time he gets under center in 2019. Truth be told, he could have been a first rounder last year, and with another season of college football under his belt, he does not escape the top five picks in 2020.

Walker Little. 4. player. 32. . Offensive Tackle. Stanford

Heading into the 2019 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals appeared to be standing behind Josh Rosen as their franchise quarterback. However, as we inched closer to draft night, it became clear that they would use the No. 1 overall pick on Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, who new head coach Kliff Kingsbury has been trying to coach since high school.

With Murray selected No. 1 overall, and Rosen shipped to Miami, it is clear that Murray is the man for this franchise moving forward. However, if he is ever going to be a legitimate franchise quarterback in this league, he needs to be protected, and the Cardinals may decide to use a top pick in 2020 on someone who can protect his blindside for the next ten years.

Walker Little is by far one of the better offensive linemen in this draft class, and he would be a perfect fit on a Cardinals offense that is looking to get not only better, but younger. Kingsbury is going to shape this team the way he wants to moving forward, and it is always good to couple a young franchise quarterback with a left tackle he can be with for years to come.
