Derrick Henry calls game, jukes out entire Ravens defense in overtime (Video)

Derrick Henry won the game for the Tennessee Titans on overtime.

Some early drama between the Baltimore Ravens and the Tennessee Titans wound up giving Mike Vrabel’s group all the motivation they needed. With the help of Henry, who surpassed the 1,000 yard mark on the day, the Titans extended their lead in the AFC South and delivered a big blow to the Ravens in the process.

Henry’s run on overtime, which included an impressive juke to the open field, clinched the victory.

The Alabama product has long been one of the most powerful running backs in the game, producing highlight-reel plays on a weekly basis. On Sunday, though, it was his footspeed and agility that took down the Ravens.

Henry is the focal point of the Titans offense

Ryan Tannehill struggled on Sunday, and the Ravens wound up committing a primary sin of facing the Titans — they let Henry beat them. Despite crowded boxes and the like, Henry still found running room thanks to the Titans talented offensive line. It’s the same group that helped Tennessee pull off an upset victory over the Ravens in last year’s divisional round.

With the loss, the Ravens road to the AFC Playoffs almost assuredly has to go through the AFC Wild Card. Meanwhile, the Titans could extend their AFC South lead should the Colts lose to the Packers later this afternoon.
