The Colts need to be on upset alert against the Texans

We mentioned the Indianapolis Colts last week as a team that should be on upset alert before they lost at home to the Tennessee Titans. That performance was awful from Indianapolis, which got run over by Derrick Henry, who crushed the Colts’ strong defense for 178 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.

The loss dropped Indianapolis behind the Titans in the AFC South standings, making a bounce-back effort this week key. The Colts are hitting the road in the division as 2.5-point favorites against the Houston Texans, who earned their second straight win and third victory in four games by topping the Lions on Thanksgiving.

Divisional road games are never easy and Houston has certainly been playing better football of late. Deshaun Watson is also red hot, completing 67.7 percent of his passes for 1,106 yards with nine touchdowns against no interceptions in the month of November.

This is certainly a very dangerous game for the Colts and they need to find a way to cool off Watson if they want to avoid getting upset. Losing this game would put a serious dent in Indianapolis’ playoff hopes so it will be critical to take care of business on Sunday.
