Cleveland Browns choice No.1: Terrace Marshall Jr., LSU

Terrace Marshall Jr. already knows a thing or two about filling shoes, so he’s naturally a good pick for filling Beckham Jr.’s at the Browns.

After Ja’Marr Chase opted out of LSU’s 2020 season, he rose to the challenge and exceeded expectations as the primary pass-catcher for the team. At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, Marshall offers the whole package from game-breaking speed to an unstoppable frame that could overpower his way out of grabby hands. With his size and catch radius, he shows an insane amount of athleticism that could one day rival Beckham Jr.’s.

Despite being in the shadow of Chase and Justin Jefferson, Marshall proved himself in back-to-back successful seasons at LSU. In 2019, he hauled in 46 receptions, 671 yards, and 13 touchdowns. In 2020, Marshall eventually followed Chase by opting out late in the season, but he averaged over 100 yards per game with 10 touchdowns.
