With the trade rumors not going away surrounding the Cleveland Browns and Odell Beckham, Jr. the NFL Draft could provide an opportunity to find his eventual replacement.

The Cleveland Browns had a great offseason with free agent signings but they can bolster their roster in the NFL Draft to get past the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.

With star Odell Beckham Jr. seemingly in never-ending trade rumors, Cleveland should seriously consider adding at least one wide receiver to give Baker Mayfield another weapon with which to work this year. But also give the Browns added depth should they decide to pull the trigger on a Beckham trade. Plus, it protects them just in case Beckham is not the player he once was when he returns from injury.

The Browns have No. 26 pick, which puts them out of the running for the top-flight receivers like Ja’Marr Chase, DeVonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle. However, with the class considered one of the deepest of all time, they will have a chance to add an instant-impact performer in the latter portion of the first.

Those prospects could include KaDarius Toney, Elijah Moore and Terrace Marshall Jr. They could also decide to use their first-rounder on another position and use a Day 2 or Day 3 pick to address the wide receiver position.

If the Browns are thinking about life after OBJ, they could consider this trio of pass-catchers.
