1. Joe Brady – Panthers offensive coordinator

Truth be told, the fact that Joe Brady made the majority of NFL fans think that Sam Darnold was a new man in Carolina is credit enough to the Panthers offensive coordinator to the point that he deserves a look for head coaching job.

Jokes aside, the Panthers offense has not exactly had the best personnel over the past year and a half since Brady took over that unit and he has made them, at the very least, passable and at times quite good. He’s a brilliant offensive mind who put his prowess on display at LSU before jumping to the NFL and showing more of the same.

Frankly, the Vikings need some new-school thinking in their organization. Zimmer’s old-school approach is proving more tired with each passing week and the loss to the Cowboys starting Rush was more evidence of that.

Brady would be able to breathe new, innovative life into this offense and might actually make Kirk Cousins look like the best version of himself. That’s a win all around in Minnesota, which is why Brady would make a ton of sense for this franchise.
