DeSean Jackson will burn Daniel Sorenson

Kansas City’s defense may have made some strides over the last few weeks but there’s one area where they still look worryingly deficient.

Daniel Sorensen remains a weak link in the secondary. It was his missed tackle that allowed the Packers to score their only touchdown late in the game. That touchdown didn’t cost the Chiefs the game. However, it made things much closer than they should have been.

The Raiders won’t be able to threaten with Henry Ruggs III because of the worst of circumstances. They did bring in DeSean Jackson from the Rams to give their passing attack a new weapon.

Jackson isn’t what he once was. That doesn’t mean he’s not still a threat with his speed. And Chiefs fans have watched Sorensen get burned often enough to know there’s a real possibility Jackson will announce himself in Vegas by taking advantage over the top.

Jackson still needs to get through a week of practice and create a connection with Derek Carr. When it comes to game time, all he needs is one moment.
