4. Best fantasy football pickups for Week 13: RB Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams

Rostered: 19.4%

On Sunday, Williams was clearly the Rams’ lead back. He played 70 percent of the team’s offensive snaps, and he had a team-high 11 carries. The Rams’ running game has been a mess this season. They are second to last in the NFL in both rushing yards per game (79.7) and yards per carry (3.5). Following the release of leading-rusher Darrell Henderson Jr., Williams and Cam Akers should continue to split the workload.

Williams was a fifth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. At Notre Dame, he rushed for 1,002 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior. In his limited NFL action, the rookie is leading the Rams’ running backs with 4.2 yards per carry and a 68.2 PFF grade. Right now, he is the Rams’ lead back, and he is outperforming Akers. Due to his increased role, Williams has some appeal as a flex option. He will have a favorable matchup this week against the Seattle Seahawks, who just gave up 283 rushing yards to the Las Vegas Raiders.
