Look for Kansas’ finest to carry on my wayward son as the next beast Buffs back

Colorado only signed two top-200 players in the 2023 class. One of whom is running back Dylan Edwards. The four-star running back from Derby, Kansas certainly had an interesting recruitment. He initially committed to play for Chris Klieman in-state at Kansas State before later committing to play for Marcus Freeman at the start of the regular season on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Edwards then decommitted and flipped to Colorado shortly after Coach Prime was hired. Simply put, you are talking about a player Big 12 champion K-State wanted and national independent powerhouse Notre Dame wanted as well. Since CU’s best days centered around a ground-centric offensive attack, look for Kansas’ finest to carry on my wayward son as the next beast Buffs back.

You better believe that Kansas State and Notre Dame are going to be mad jealous about this one.

Cormani McClain is about to be the best export from Lakeland, FL since Pub subs

Lakeland, Florida is best known for being home to the regional supermarket chain of Publix. Shopping is always a pleasure there and their subs changed the game like Sanders did in the NFL at cornerback. Now, Lakeland will be remembered as the home of one of Coach Prime’s greatest proteges: 2023 five-star defensive back Cormani McClain. He is a total program-changing player.

You pair McClain with 2022 No. 1 recruit Travis Hunter on the outside, and lord have mercy on your Pac-12 passing attack. The No-Fly Zone will have officially made its way from Denver to Boulder. It is not if Thorpe Award winners will return to Colorado glory, but how many. McClain projects as an immediate starter and should have an incredible three or four years playing for the Buffaloes.

Colorado needs to get better between the tackles, but the Buffs could be explosive on the outside.
