The Las Vegas Raiders will take their 3-0 record on the road in Week 4 of the NFL season when they take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.

WynnBET Sportsbook has the Chargers (2-1) as a 3.5-point favorite after they upset the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3

Derek Carr and the Raiders have been impressive, with Carr leading the NFL in passing yardage, but oddsmakers think the Chargers can keep pace in this one. The total is set at a 52.0 tonight, and there should be no shortage of scoring with two explosive offenses on the field.

Here are our staff’s best bets for Monday Night Football with all odds via WynnBET.

Henry Ruggs OVER 45.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Prior to Week 2 of this season, Henry Ruggs III had never seen over five targets in a game in his career, but Jon Gruden has made sure that has changed the past two weeks.

Ruggs saw seven targets in the Raiders' wins over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins the past two weeks and he’s backed it up with solid production.

Ruggs has picked up 191 receiving yards over his last two games, and his prop is well below his season average in this one at 45.5. If Ruggs sees the same volume that he has in the last two games, there’s no reason he can’t hit the over with ease on Monday night.

For his career, Ruggs has averaged 18.6 yards per reception and that number is up this season at 21.5.

He very well could hit the over on this prop in one play, and with 46, 113 and 78 receiving yards in each of his games this season. There’s also a prop for Ruggs to make three or more catches, and I think he is a great bet to do that as well. -- Peter Dewey

Austin Ekeler OVER 37.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

If the Chargers continue to sit at above a field goal, it's a no play for me, but I do like Ekeler's receiving yards prop quite a bit. I broke down a bunch of reasons why I like the running back as a pass catcher and not a rusher in this matchup, namely because of Las Vegas' stout run defense.

After having no targets in Week 1 in part due to his bum hamstring, Ekeler has broken 50 yards in each of the past two games and has caught all 15 targets. This bet can cash in the first quarter with what is shaping up to be a high-scoring matchup that features 40 passes on each side. -- Reed Wallach

Raiders at Chargers UNDER 52.0 (-110)

Derek Carr continues his under-the-radar MVP campaign tonight in Los Angeles, and while one game won’t make or break his season, I feel safe in saying he won’t throw for a minimum of 382 yards tonight.

The Chargers are a reverse-funnel defense. They’re outstanding against the pass, ranking 6th in passing yards allowed, but are dead-last against the run. Expect L.A. to dare Vegas to run it down their throats with Peyton Barber… gross.

Meanwhile, the Raiders deserve some credit for their defensive turnaround as well. As I mentioned in my “same game parlay plays,” they’re actually fourth-best in the league in yards allowed to opposing wide receivers. We see two gun-slinging quarterbacks in action, but I don’t think we’ll see the points the public expects.

As of Sunday morning, 85.4% of the betting tickets at WynnBET came in on the “over” for tonight’s matchup, but only 50.8% of the actual handle is backing that play. The sharps have made it known that they disagree with the betting public and are backing the under tonight from SoFi Stadium.

I’ll side with the sharps as well, making tonight the first time all season that the “over” does not hit for both the Sunday and Monday Night game. -- Ben Heisler
