Miami Heat Ring Ceremony [Video & Photo Gallery]

The Miami Heat basketball squad received their 2012 NBA Championship rings during a ceremony before their season-opener against the Boston Celtics at American Airlines Arena.

While one of the highlights of the ceremony was NBA commissioner David Stern confusing Super storm Sandy with Hurricane Katrina, the real stars of the night were LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and company. You could see the happiness from all of the Heat star’s faces as they received their championship rings and it looked to provide motivation going forward.

The Heat played inspired basketball and look determined to defend their title on the way to a repeat.
