Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs is going to the first Super Bowl of his career after the team’s win over the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game on Sunday. Following the game, Suggs decided to use his excitement as an opportunity to lay into the Patriots and make it clear that he does not enjoy their organization.

“Tell them to have fun at the Pro Bowl,” Suggs said, via Yahoo! Sports’  Dan Wetzel.  “Arrogant f–kers. These are the most arrogant pricks in the world starting with [coach Bill] Belichick on down.”

Of course, Suggs took a shot at the Spygate incident as well saying that the Patriots haven’t been able to win since they were caught videotaping opponents signals. It was an emotional rant from Suggs, but he was eventually able to come around and show a little ounce of respect for New England.

“All BS aside they are a hell of a ball club,” Suggs said.  “They have the right to be arrogant.”

At least Suggs was able to calm down and show a small bit of class, but the damage was already done at that point. Luckily for Suggs and the Ravens, the Patriots season is over and they will not be able to use the comments as bulletin board material for a meeting down the road, but you can be sure those comments will resonate in the Patriots locker room and they will be in the back of their minds the next time these two franchises face off.
