Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2013: Katherine Webb Steals the Show [Photos]

Former Miss Alabama Katherine Webb became an instant sensation when she was spotted on television during her boyfriend’s, Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback A.J. McCarron, appearance in the BCS National Championship Game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

ESPN analyst Brent Musberger was all about the lovely Miss Webb and came off as a bit creepy, but his point was delivered. Webb is an attractive female and she surely demanded attention.

Webb got that attention during the game when her Twitter account jumped from a mere 2,000 followers to nearly 200,000 in a matter of a few hours. She turned the newly found popularity into multiple media appearances and even a job as a correspondent during the Super Bowl.

Now, Webb is demanding the attention in the 2013 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Kate Upton may have the cover for a second-straight year, but Webb is earning the praise from sports fans. After all, it was her national championship cameo that took her fame to new levels.

Here is a photo gallery that highlights Webb’s appearance in the 2013 swimsuit issue:
