Top NFL Draft analyst Mike Mayock of the NFL Network has released his updated top five positional rankings with the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine in the books. Mayock is one of the best in the business, so his opinion is highly valued around the league. When Mayock puts out his draft rankings, you should pay attention.
