With wide receivers like Mike Wallace and Greg Jennings on the market and receiving most of the attention, Cleveland Browns free agent wide receiver and return specialist Josh Cribbs has flown under the radar. Cribbs isn’t getting the media attention that Wallace and Jennings are getting, but a number of teams have reached out to Cribbs’ agent early in the negotiation period.

As many as five potential suitors have been named including the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers.

If teams are looking for a boost on special teams, Cribbs is the kind of player they should target. If they are looking for a playmaking wide receiver that could become a factor in the passing game, they would be wise to look the other way.
