Former Denver Broncos pass rusher Elvis Dumervil’s name has been floating around the media since the fax machine error that led to his release from the team. It was an unfortunate sides for both sides involved, but you shouldn’t feel too bad for Dumervil because there is a lot of interest in the latest free agent that could lead to a bidding way and nice pay day for the former Bronco.

Per Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun:

Wilson went on to say that Dumervil’s market will involve multiple teams vying for his services, not just the Ravens.

Negotiations should really ramp up during or after next week’s NFL owners meetings, which always lead to negotiations and signings. Whichever team signs Dumervil will be getting a very productive pass rusher, who will be playing with an added chip on his shoulder after the debacle that led to his release.
