NCAA Tournament 2013: TV Schedule, Start Times and More

The 2013 NCAA Tournament is set to kick off later tonight with the first  two play-in games that are now considered the first-round of the tournament. On Wednesday, the final two games will be played to set the tournament field of 64 and then the actual madness will begin on Thursday.
