The Arizona Cardinals need some offensive line help and they have begun addressing those needs just a few weeks before the 2013 NFL Draft. Arizona signed former San Francisco 49ers second-round pick Chilo Rachal on Wednesday.

Rachal most recently started eight games in 2012 for the Chicago Bears, but left the team for personal reasons. He has the talent to be a solid addition for the team, he will just need to keep his head together. If he can put together a solid camp, Rachal could end up earning a starting job.

Arizona has been linked to Central Michigan offensive tackle Eric Fisher and Alabama guard Chance Warmack with their first pick.

If the Cardinals can add a top talent in the draft, then they will be well on their way to turning the team around. It all starts in the trenches and the Cardinals appear to finally be realizing this.

I’m sure Carson Palmer is very appreciative of the Cardinals moves and ideas.
