The Minnesota Vikings have had one of the most impressive first-rounds in the 2013 NFL Draft and it just got even better. After getting incredible value from defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd and cornerback Xavier Rhodes, the team was able to trade back up in to the first-round for a third selection.

Minnesota jumped in to the No. 29 spot after sending their second-, third-, fourth- and seventh- round picks to the New England Patriots.

For the Vikings, they could target a top wide receiver like Cordarrelle Patterson or Justin Hunter or even a linebacker like Notre Dame’s Manti Te’o. Te’o is the most likely pick, with the Vikings emphasis on defense, but Patterson seems to be the favorite to land in Minnesota.

With New England, it is just another year where they accumulate picks and prepare for a haul later in the draft. New England was lacking early, but now that is not the case.

The draft is always a treat for NFL fans, so be sure that you tune in and see who the newest players to rock your favorite teams uniforms will be, and stay tuned to FanSided.com throughout the draft for the latest news, rumors and analysis of every pick.
