The Dallas Cowboys made their second pick of the 2013 NFL Draft by selecting a difference making tight end, Gavin Escobar, out of San Diego State. With Jason Witten getting up their in years, the Cowboys had to add talent to the tight end position.

It is also a great addition that will help Tony Romo succeed with all of the pressure on his shoulders.

Escobar can line up in the slot or at your traditional tight end position. He is a real match up nightmare for opposing defenses. The Cowboys have made it clear with the Escobar and Travis Frederick picks that they are doing everything they can to put Romo in a great position for success.
