The Buffalo Bills have signed four of their 2013 draft picks on Friday by announcing the signings of Texas Longhorns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (third-round), Nevada Wolf Pack safety Duke Williams (fifth-round), Clemson Tigers defensive back Jonathan Meeks (sixth-round) and Florida State Seminoles kicker Dustin Hopkins (sixth-round).

This group of players joins seventh-round tight end Chris Gragg of Arkansas, who signed late last night.

Teams are working hard to get their rookies under contract in time for the rookie minicamps.

Buffalo’s top three picks — EJ Manuel, Robert Woods and Kiko Alonso — have not yet been signed. It will likely only be a matter of tie until the players are under contract.

Out of the Bills rookies under contract, Goodwin is the most exciting .

He was an Olympic athlete and he certainly has the elite speed and vision you need to be a true playmaker in the NFL. When you looked at players like Tavon Austin in this year’s draft class, Goodwin was right up there as one of the most exciting players with the ball in their hands.
