The Southeastern Conference is undoubtedly the top college football conference in the nation. While the league is discussing expanding to nine conference games, the non-conference schedules can often leave much to be desired. SEC teams routinely beat up on FCS schools, but the high-profile non-conference games will often get overlooked.

Down the road we may get an increase in top-notch non-conference games with the College Football Playoff, but the SEC teams are already starting to schedule some quality games out of their conference.

This year alone we have games like Florida vs. Miami, Georgia vs. Clemson and LSU vs. TCU on a neutral stage and that is just the tip of the iceberg for the SEC moving forward.
