NBA Draft Lottery 2013: Past Winners

The NBA Draft Lottery is Tuesday night at 8:00 pm ET, but the hype surrounding the event is already mounting. The odds are in and the machine has been loaded with balls, and all that’s left is to see who will be picking No. 1 overall in this year’s NBA Draft.
Before we get too excited about what this year’s winner will do with their pick, let’s take a look back at past winners to see who won the lottery in the years gone by and who they chose to spend that pick on.
