When you are the champions of your sport, you get the honor of visiting the president of the United States of America at the White House. This year, that honor in the NFL goes to the Baltimore Ravens after they got hot at the right time last season and were able to complete an impressive postseason run that resulted in a Super Bowl win. Now, the Ravens are preparing to visit president Barack Obama next week in Washington, D.C.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN:
President Obama will welcome the Super-Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens to the White House on Wednesday.

It isn’t every day that you get to visit your leader, so often times getting to visit the White House is just as exciting as winning your sport’s championship for certain players.
Hopefully this will lead as motivation to the Ravens team going in to this season to put it all together and make another title run this season. It will be hard with all of the talent that they lost during the offseason, but their $100 million quarterback should be able to keep them in contention like he is paid to do.
