Next week, some well-known figures in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization, including general manager Mark Dominik, will be shaving their heads as they join the fight against pediatric cancer and raise awareness. The team announced that Dominik and  “some very prominent Buccaneers figures” will be shaving their heads as part of the “Cut for a Cure Charity Challenge,” which is the latest initiative for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, who the Buccaneers strongly support.

The head shaving will take place at team headquarters next Friday.

The Buccaneers are big supports of the cause and they are always looking for ways to raise awareness and show their support. It was just last year that the “Wall of Hope” on the grounds of One Buccaneer Place was dedicated to be a constant reminder of the fight against pediatric cancer.

For any Tampa Bay fan that wants to help donate to the cause,  you can visit the Buccaneers PCF fundraising page here. The money goes towards helping and “supporting medical research, programming and pediatric care for children and families battling pediatric cancer and blood disorders.”
