Stephen Curry has been a huge revelation this season, as he captured the hearts of even the most casual fans through his excellent 3-point shooting. As for the Golden State Warriors, they have all the reason in the world to be happy right now, as Curry does not see himself in another team’s uniform.

Curry will be 29 years old when his recently inked contract expires, and he could not be happier than he is right now, according to the Charlotte Observer.

"“I know that not many players play their whole career for one team in one city,” says Curry. “I don’t see a better place to play.”"

While most players who have just signed a big contract would echo what Curry is saying, it is understandable that he is happy. The Warriors made a great deal of progress this season, eliminating the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs, before falling to the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference semi finals.

The Warriors still have a couple of bad contracts, but most of them will be coming off the books after next season. Assuming Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes and Curry himself grow into even better players, the future will be bright for Golden State.
