College football guru Phil Steele, the man who produces the go-to preseason guide for fans of the game, has announced his preseason All-American team. As you would expect from Steele, the list is full of talented players and there are no real surprises on the list. The first-team is loaded with players from the best conference in the college game, but Steele didn’t shy away from putting a few players from less prestigious schools on the map.

If there are any surprises that you would have to point out, you have to look right at Teddy Bridgewater being on the fourth team and Cyrus Kouandijo not being among the top two tackles.
