Tim Tebow Will Wear Jersey No. 5

It seems to be Tim Tebow day in the NFL. Since signing with the New England Patriots, every news outlet has been pumping out non-stop Tebow content — — and no one could be more happy than Chad Johnson or Pacman Jones. In the latest Tebow “story”, we have learned what jersey number he will wear with the Patriots.
Normally, no one would care. However, Tebow has a cult-like following so they are waiting to know what number they will get to sport on their back to support their favorite back up quarterback. For those wondering, Tebow will wear No. 5.
Tebow wore No. 5 during his playing days at Nease (Fla.) High, before he went on to play for the Florida Gators and blossom in to the star he is now. Since leaving high school, Nease has even retired the No. 5 jersey.
For those real die-hard Tebow fans, you won’t need to go out and buy the new Patriots jersey. Just break into your closet and dust off the old Nease High throwback to show off your real Tim Tebow fandom.
