Although New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has not yet been arrested and we should remember he is innocent until proven guilty of antay crimes, the evidence against him is damning and the family of murdered 27-year-old Odin Lloyd wants justice. Hernandez is believed to have tampered with evidence and he was seen with Lloyd just hours before his murder.

While the family will not point fingers, they want to make sure those responsible pay for what they have done.

“I want the person that killed my son to be brought to justice,” Lloyd’s mother, Ursula Ward, told ABC.  “That’s my first-born child, my only boy child, and they took him away from me. . . .  I wouldn’t trade him for all the money in the world.  And if money could bring him back I would give this house up to bring my son back.  Nothing can bring my son back.”

It has previously been reported that the NFL could suspend Hernandez even if he is not arrested for the crime, so like Pro Football Talk points out it could be appropriate for the league to ban Hernandez from any activities until he cooperates with authorities.

All signs and evidence point towards Hernandez having some knowledge of who pulled the trigger, so everyone needs to do what they can to get that information out to authorities so they can proceed with the case and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
