With media surrounding the home of New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, we are getting a very detailed look at the current police activity taking place at his home. First, police officers took multiple K-9 units in to the home to search, before moving their investigation to the back yard.
When police got to the backyard, they searched what is being called a doghouse (UPDATE: NFL Network is reporting that this is actually a doghouse).
This doghouse that was being searched is larger than some homes. Don’t believe us? Check out Hernandez’s doghouse that has investigators literally walking in to it:
How much does something like that cost? That must be a mighty large dog.
While the doghouse is impressive, Hernandez cannot feel comfortable with the large police presence at his home. After exiting the large doghouse, investigators reportedly took photographs of the back of Hernandez’s home.
Police have a warrant for Hernandez’s arrest, but there is no word on if it has officially been entered in to the system.
Once it is, it is hard to imagine a scenario where Hernandez is not leaving his home in handcuffs.
We will continue to update you on the situation as more information becomes available.
