NBA Draft 2013: When Is the NBA Draft And Where To Watch It on TV

The NBA Draft is fast approaching which means teams everywhere are looking to make last minute changes to their strategies before the big night. But while league executives are cued in on the NBA’s calendar, fans at home may not be which is leading to the question being ask when is the NBA Draft and where can I watch it?

Lucky for you, we have you covered.

The NBA Draft will be held this Thursday night in Brooklyn, an event that will be televised live by ESPN and their NBA crew. Last year ESPN was fiercely beaten to the punch when it came to the picks being announced well before David Stern got to the podium but they acted as though Twitter didn’t exist and refused to call the picks as they were being announced early.

This same strategy was admittedly taken during the NFL Draft so expect ESPN to be late on picks once again. But they’ll still have something Twitter doesn’t have — live coverage of the future of basketball being born before our eyes. If nothing else, that’s more than worth tuning in for.

Date: Thursday, June 27, 2013
