With the 2013 NBA Draft just days away, trade rumors are really beginning to heat up. One of the most documented rumors comes from the great state of Texas, where it is believed that the Dallas Mavericks are aggressively shopping the No. 13 overall pick.
The belief is that the Mavericks are clearing as much space as possible, so they can make a serious run at Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard.
If you listen to the report from the Dallas Morning News, then it looks like the Mavs already have an agreement to part ways with the selection on Thursday night.
At least one NBA insider thinks the #Mavericks already have a deal to trade their pick in the upcoming NBA draft http://t.co/2AIeZVZ83k

According to the rumors, Cleveland is looking to target a player that can stretch the floor and that could come in the shape of 19 year old Russian Sergey Karasev.
From Pro Basketball Draft:
Dallas pick is available and Cavs appear to have parameters of a deal in place to move up from 19 for it. Target is Sergey Karasev.

Karasev would be a great fit for the Cavaliers if they were able to jump up and snag him and it would get the Mavericks one step closer to making that run at Dwight Howard in free agency. It would be a win-win for both sides.
