NBA Trade Rumors — The Indiana Pacers have recently been rumored to be a potential destination for Jimmer Fredette of the Sacramento Kings, but they are also looking to shop Gerald Green and their draft pick, according to ESPN:

"In addition to the Pacers’ Jimmer discussions, sources say Indiana has made the No. 23 pick available in hopes that an interested party would be willing to take on the contract of Gerald Green for the right to acquire Indy’s pick."

The Pacers have a lot of players on the team that will have to be paid a decent amount — David West will have to be re-signed and Paul George will be due for a max extension very soon. As such, the team is naturally going to look to reshape their bench a little bit.

Tyler Hansbrough is a restricted free agent and DJ Augustin will be coming off the books as well. If the Pacers could move Green and get rid of his salary — $7 million over the next two years — they could potentially look to lure coveted free agents such as Kyle Korver and JJ Redick, or other players that provide a threat around the perimeter.
