Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge is becoming to be linked to more and more trade rumors and the latest says that Aldridge has two teams in mind if he is to be shopped out of the Pacific Northwest. If Aldridge is to be traded, the Chicago Bulls and Dallas Mavericks are to possibilities.

While Aldridge is interested in the Bulls if a trade goes down, he would also be open to a deal that would send him to the Mavericks. After all, who wouldn’t want to join a contender, especially if they are able to land Dwight Howard.

Per Chris Haynes of  CSN Northwest:

"The source also said Aldridge wouldn’t mind being dealt to the Dallas Mavericks to play in his hometown with the rising belief Dallas has a shot at Dwight Howard. Or to the Los Angeles Clippers, if a scenario such as that makes sense for the Clippers."

If the Mavericks could find a way to add Aldridge and Howard, they would have an incredible young front court.

Chances of a trade for Aldridge ultimately going down don’t seem the most promising, but Portland has received their fair share of offers for Aldridge so they could soon be hit with one that would be too good to turn down.
