Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Robert Gill is faster than you. Gill may be the oldest rookie in the NFL at age 29, but the former semi-pro and CFL player is making some noise leading up to training camps.

Gill received a three-year contract from the Cardinals and he likely has his speed to thank for that.

Earlier this week, Gill posted a video of his offseason training that included him running on a treadmill. That may not sound too impressive, but you need to watch the video to understand that this isn’t your normal treadmill jog.

Here is the video, which will blow you away:

No matter how long that lasted, Gill was pretty impressive.

There are people who can’t keep up with a treadmill at ten miles per hour, so if you would more than double the speed they would get thrown off like a rag doll. Part of me wishes that the average Joe will go out and try to film themselves running on a treadmill at 25 mph — no, I am not volunteering.

Gill is unlikely to make the team’s roster, but he has the speed that can intrigue NFL teams and he may have a chance at landing on a practice squad.
