The Arizona Cardinals are looking to get fans excited for the 2013-14 NFL season and they are creating some buzz thanks to their Internet-friendly way of going about the hype. The Cardinals composed a post on their official website on Monday that features six GIFs that give fans a reason to look forward to the upcoming season.

Yes, an NFL team is resorting to GIFs to pump up their fan base.

The GIFs feature Larry Fitzgerald, Carson Palmer, fans, mascots and amazing catches from OTAs and minicamps. In today’s viral and technologically advanced society, the GIFs are a brilliant way to go about online promotion.

If you want to check out the Cardinals post, visit their official site and check it out.

For those in a hurry, I will share my personal favorite GIF from the post that comes with the caption, “Counting down the days until we see Big Red do this…”:

Training camps start in July, so the buzz around the season will be at an all time high.

It’s finally time for NFL fans to start getting exciting.
