Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was living the American dream.

Not only was he the franchise quarterback of an NFL team, but he was honored with his own private parking spot at a local Arby’s restaurant.

Unfortunately for Griffin, all good things must come to an end. Now, when Griffin makes the journey to Arby’s, he will be forced to park with the rest of us common folk. That’s just not fair.
Representatives of the Redskins reportedly reached out to Arby’s franchise owner Dean Kovanes to politely ask him to remove the sign. The Redskins likely didn’t want there to be any potential confusion or belief that Arby’s was an official sponsor of the team.

While it makes perfect sense for the Redskins to ask to have the sign removed, they should be ashamed of themselves. Can’t a man enjoy some food with a premium parking spot? What is this world coming to?

This is one of the finer examples of all our freedoms being taken away. Such a bloody shame.
