Earlier this afternoon, we posted a question on our Facebook page asking fans the question, “Who is America’s Team?” The question is always polarizing, but one commentor in particular caught our eye. The comment read, “Cowboys. Ask Siri. She’ll tell you.”

This comment piqued our interest, so we had to get to the bottom of this.

The easiest way was to dig out the ole iPhone and ask Siri the question. The answer that came back was remarkable. “Here’s the roster for the Dallas Cowboys,” Siri responds.

Don’t believe us? Here is the photographic evidence:

Well, there you have it.

If Siri brings up the Dallas Cowboys then that is the answer we have to go with, but we know that this is a debate that will never die.

Fans around the league hate on the Cowboys’ “America’s Team” nickname and point towards the arrogance of the organization to accept the title. What they fail to mention is that the Cowboys didn’t give themselves the nickname — it came from an NFL Films project. That doesn’t change the public perception, however.

While fans will never agree on an answer to this question, we would like to see the debate continued in our comments section.

Be sure to sound off on who is or isn’t America’s Team below and let your voice be heard.
