You know the story of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. Well, some of it considering we just appear to be hitting the tip of the iceberg.

Hernandez is in jail without bail after being charged with first degree murder, is linked to a Boston double-murder from 2012 and possibly another 2007 shooting that took place in Florida. His friends are flipping on him, revealing secret flop houses which in turn have given police evidence.

That hasn’t stopped some from supporting Hernandez. Many are buying his jerseys online. Some even took to the streets of New England to show their support.

Snoop Dogg (or is it Lion?) took to Instagram to show his support according to the fine folks over at Deadspin:

"Last night, Snoop Dogg proclaimed his support for Aaron Hernandez on Instagram, along with a four-month-old photo. Worth noting: a young Snoop Dogg was part of a song and album titled Murder Was the Case. This is probably Illuminati, or something."

This was by no means a ringing endorsement by the Dogg. Or Lion. Or whatever. However, showing any kind of public support at all for Hernandez at this point is probably a bad look. Your thoughts?
