At 6-4, 215 pounds, Orlando Magic rookie Victor Oladipo has NBA size. He’s also confident he has to skills to play multiple positions, too.

When talking with members of the media after his second summer league game, Oladipo expressed his willingness to play any position the Magic choose for him:

"I can play one, two, and if they want me to play the three, I can do that, too. Wherever they need me to play and whatever they think is best for us to win, that’s what I’m going to do."

Oladipo played shooting guard in high school and at Indiana University, but the Magic are considering letting him run the point this upcoming season, a move that will definitely test his abilities. Oladipo spoke about the idea of him playing point guard and assessed his performance at the position so far:

"The point guard at this level is challenging because you don’t want (the defense) to speed you up. You’ve still got to run all the plays. You have to pick your times when to be aggressive and when not to be aggressive. I did some good things today, and I did some bad things today."

Orlando Magic summer league coach James Borrego was a bit more complimentary when it came to assessing Oladipo’s play:

"Vic was aggressive. He looked fantastic at the point. He didn’t shoot it great but got us into our sets, was the aggressor to the rim and got us settled. We put him in the pick-and-roll a lot today to see what he can do."

However the team goes about using the explosive rookie, Magic fans certainly have a lot to be excited about.
