In other NFL injury moves, the Indianapolis Colts have added former New York Giant’s running back Ahmad Bradshaw to their active/physically unable to perform list.

Bradshaw still remains in a walker boot as of mid-June after a procedure he had done on his right foot back in January.

The Indianapolis Colts are probably just easing him into training camp, as Bradshaw’s injuries are almost always worth monitoring. He can be activated from the active/physically unable to perform list at any time during camp.

Right now, Vick Ballard will run with the first team offense though the job will be Ahmad Bradshaw’s once he is healthy again.

I wasn’t expecting Bradshaw to be released by the Giants when he was earlier on this year, but also wasn’t surprised when the Indianapolis Colts decided to sign him. A young team with a young starting quarterback needs a veteran running back like Bradshaw, if he can manage to stay healthy when he’s cleared.

If he does manage to stay healthy and gets back to his old Ahmad Bradshaw form, this offense will be entertaining to watch this season.
