The Baltimore Ravens are looking to defend their Super Bowl, though head coach John Harbaugh says they aren’t thinking about repeating. Part of the reason is the transformation the team’s personnel went through after winning it all; mainly with Ray Lewis retiring and Ed Reed leaving for the Houston Texans.

So the question stands, and was asked to coach Harbaugh, who will replace Lewis as the leader of the organization?

From the Baltimore Sun:

"“I’ve given it no thought whatsoever,” Harbaugh said. “It’s a pretty general question. Who was the voice and face of the franchise?”“Ray Lewis,” the reporter replied.“Oh, OK, well that’s your interpretation,” Harbaugh said."

I’m sure Harbaugh would point to several players to be the leader of the Ravens before and after Ray Lewis: linebacker Terrell Suggs possibly, or franchise quarterback Joe Flacco. Other possible leaders include lead running back Ray Rice and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata.
