With the 2013-14 NFL season rapidly approaching, fans around the league are over-analyzing their team’s schedule for the regular season and trying to figure out how many wins they could realistically rack up during the season.

Some take a more honest approach than others, but there is no one that looks at the odds more objectively than the Las Vegas odds makers.

Plenty of people place wagers on the win totals for teams heading in to the year and the fine folks of Bovada.lv have recently updated their odds following some recent moves and news.

Kevin Bradley, Sports Book Manager of Bovada.lv says:

"“NFL Season Win Totals is one of our most popular bets here at Bovada, and as a result, we have had some significant movement based on the amount of money we are taking on certain teams. Arizona, with our second lowest total of 5.5 wins has seen 90% of the action on the over which is the same case for New Orleans, who are only taking over money on their total of 9.  The Patriots total, due to the loss of Hernandez and the status of Gronkowski, has dropped from 11.5 to 11 and in turn, the Dolphins who are also getting bet pretty heavily have moved from 7.5 to 8.”"

So how does Vegas see the Cardinals stacking up in the NFL this season? Here are the over/under odds for their 2013 win total:

Over: 5½ (-130)

Under: 5½ (EVEN)

The Cardinals do play in a rough NFC West, so it is easy to see the team once again sputtering, but if Carson Palmer can provide the boost to the offense that Arizona is hoping for, they could surprise some people around the league.
